Indiana Jones at Pensacon 2019 (Pensacon Chose Wisely)

…Indiana Jones. I always knew someday you’d come walking back through my door.

Indiana Jones is one of my favorite movie trilogies.

That’s right I’m ignoring the Crytsal Skull – how is a movie with Cate Blanchett bad?

I digress.

The Indiana Jones Guests at Pensacon 2019 is stellar. No, of course, they didn’t get Harrison Ford. No one gets Harrison unless it’s a private signing, and luckily my wife loves me. (By the way, we trust Offical Pix when it comes to signatures we are not present for – most other signatures are not authentic.)

Having Harrison Ford kick-started my Indiana Jones collecting. Often, though, there aren’t many Indiana Jones guests at cons.

However, Pensacon’s Indiana Jones guests brings the fortune and glory. This is as great of a Indiana Jones lineup you will find at any comic con.

• John Rys-Davies: Mrs. Davies played Dr Jones’ friend Sallah. Sallah joins the adventure in Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. He is one of those actors that might break our wallet at Pensacon because he also stars as Gimli in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
• Julian Glover: The Last Crusade edges out Radiers as my favorite movie of the series. Part of that was the fact that Mr. Glover is a great villain. We met him at a previous Pensacon and he is a fantastic guest. Of course, he is in high demand because he also has roles in Star Wars and Game of Thrones.
• Paul Freeman: Right behind Mr. Glover on the evil scale is Mr. Freeman. He portrays Dr. Jones’ nemsis, Belloq, in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
• Karen Allen: Ms. Allen is Indiana’s love interest in Raiders and the Crystal Skull. She also stars in two of my favorite films: Starman and Animal House.
• Wolf Kahler: Mr. Kahler played Dietrich, one of the Nazis in Raiders.
• Kiran Shah: Mr. Shah played Abu, the man who unknowing served Indy the poisoned date in Raiders
• Robert Watts: Mr. Watts served as a producer on the first three Indiana Jones films. He has worked with Lucas and Spielberg on numerous films He is also the half brother of Jeremy Bulloch

Indiana Jones at Pensacon 2019 boasts a strong lineup of guests. I really can’t wait for the panel featuring these guests as well. The stories should be amazing!

About Pensacon 2019

Pensacon 2019 will take place from Friday, February 22 to Sunday, February 24, 2019. The primary convention venue, the Pensacola Bay Center, is where ticketing, celebrity autographs and photo ops, and the vendor floor will be located.

However, Pensacon takes over the entire downtown Pensacola area and uses the Pensacola Grand Hotel, the Saenger Theatre, the Rex Theatre, and the Pensacola Little Theatre.
