Writing While Waiting: One Positive Change in Your Life

WordPress has a daily prompt. I decided to use these prompts to pass the time when I’m waiting in the car, doctor’s office, etc., instead of doom scrolling. While I won’t do this every day, I will do it from time to time. This is a quickly written blog that will often be done entirely on the phone.  Today’s wait is waiting for supper brought to the table. Here is today’s subject: Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

Frankly, it’s writing this blog.

Since I restarted this last month, I’ve doomscrolled less. I’ve read more. It is a hobby that causes me to focus. And because I write about things, I enjoy it in and of itself.

I need to keep doing it.
