One of Star Wars Celebration’s most popular areas is the Tattoo Pavillion. That’s right, the tattoo pavilion. Also, you need to sign up fast because these are artists and art takes time. Book now here!

While the artwork is impressive, one of the coolest tattoos we saw wasn’t art. A lady got Mark Hammil to sign her calf. He obliged. She scheduled a tattoo appointment for later in the day. The artist tattooed Mark’s name on her! We were in line when she went to show him. This dedication impressed him!

For those of you who don’t attend conventions but read our blog because you love us, besides autographs, panels, and tattoos, these shows featured lots of merchandise. I always compare it to a jewelry show for geeks.

About Star Wars Celebration

Star Wars Celebration will occur April 11-15, 2019 at the McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Star Wars Celebration is the ultimate Star Wars fandom event. Celebrity guests, authors, and crew members from the saga will be interacting with guests through panels, photo ops, or autograph opportunities. There will be Q&A sessions with various members of the saga. Also, plenty of fan lead discussions and cosplay contests will take place. Also, there will be tons of rare Star Wars merchandise available.
