Today, is my lovely wife’s birthday. Yet, I feel like I’m the one getting the present.
The last eighteen months have been rough. Extreme nausea, prepartum depression, preeclampsia, gall blader surgery, and a hernia are just some of the challenges she faced and overcame. I try to tell her how lucky I am every day. The fact that she survived shows how strong she is.
No matter how tough it got, my wife always put the baby first. Those that know our baby, knows that she is content, loves life, and is a joy to be around. The reason for that is she has always sensed how strong her mother is. She is already starting to turn into a mini-Mom.
